The law firm of Bachmann, Krauss and Colleagues, located in Chemnitz and Zwickau understands itself primarily as a business and commercial law firm. We are specialised in advising and representing small and medium-sized enterprises from a variation of backgrounds, ranging from mechanical engineering, automobile supplying industry, architects offices, building contractors and craft workshops.

Our clients also include towns and communities, municipal administration unions, public utilities and residential construction agencies.

We feel deeply connected with the economic region of Saxony. This however does not limit our enthusiasm to explore the boundaries beyond Saxony.

Our law firm is a partner in Advoselect EWIV, a European network of commercial law firms. This co-operation allows us to quickly access legal knowledge in nearly all European legal orders. There are no language barriers. All affiliate law firms are able to communicate efficiently in German.
