Problems with outstanding debts?

We take on the prosecution of outstanding debts, starting with extrajudicial notice to the enforcing and up to foreclosure. The accruing costs are caused by delay and are therefore enforceable from your debtor. However the costs of a debt collecting agency are usually not enforceable.

To reduce the financial risk of unsuccessful enforcement, e.g. when the debtor is unable to pay, we offer a flat rate charge.

Through our partner firms abroad (the network of Advoselect) we are also able to enforce debts within Europe.
